Why we need you

As our Founding Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Mandolin’s product experience from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to define not just what our product looks like, but how it works and how people feel when using it. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and customers to bring clarity to complex problems and design elegant, intuitive solutions that help drive real-world impact in healthcare.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end product design at Mandolin, shaping our design system, branding, user experience and more

• Lead product discovery — conduct user interviews, validate ideas with customers, define key problems to solve, and prototype rapidly

• Create a design and review process with Engineering from ideation to delivery

• Establish and evolve our design system across both web and internal tools

• Collaborate with the team to prioritize our product roadmap and shape strategy

Must-have experience

• 4+ years of experience at an Enterprise SaaS company

• Experience shipping at least one full product or a significant feature as the lead designer

• Strong presentation and collaboration skills

• Comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
