Overview

Glovo is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Top Accounts in Milan to manage strategic partner relationships and drive engagement. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in managing top-tier clients. You understand the importance of P&L tracking and can lead co-marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and activation. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to establish strong partnerships that are mutually beneficial. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable stretching beyond your comfort zone to achieve ambitious goals. You believe in fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and heard, and you bring your authentic self to work every day.

Desirable

Experience in the tech or delivery industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with operational excellence and engagement strategies. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to improve client relationships and drive business growth.
