You have a strong background in bookkeeping, with experience in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting organizational decision-making. You are proficient in QuickBooks Online and understand the nuances of full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable management. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with operations to ensure financial data flows seamlessly across various systems. Your attention to detail ensures that reconciliations and reporting are timely and precise, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Experience in the healthcare sector or with digital pharmacy models is a plus. Familiarity with payroll processing and tax remittances will enhance your ability to contribute effectively in this role.
As a Bookkeeper at Phoenix, you will perform full-cycle bookkeeping, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in QuickBooks Online. You will maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank accounts, payment processors, and internal pharmacy systems to support precise financial reporting. Your role will involve preparing monthly reconciliations and continuities for balance sheet accounts and key P&L accounts, along with variance analyses. You will also manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution of any discrepancies. Additionally, you will support payroll processing through an external provider and prepare and file payroll and sales tax remittances, contributing to the smooth operation of financial activities across multiple entities.
