Carvana is seeking a High Level Heavy Body Technician to perform extensive bodywork and train other technicians. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience and are skilled in heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, and extensive bodywork on multiple panels. You are capable of training other autobody technicians and are committed to delivering high-quality work. You understand the importance of teamwork and are willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
Experience with state-of-the-art tools and techniques in automotive bodywork is a plus. Familiarity with various bodywork processes, including Bondo repair and rocker panel repair, will enhance your candidacy. A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential traits for success in this role.
As a High Level Heavy Body Technician at Carvana, you will perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels, ensuring that vehicles meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for heavy plastic welding and metal pulling, as well as roof and rocker panel repairs. Your expertise will be crucial in training and mentoring other autobody technicians, fostering a collaborative environment where skills and knowledge are shared. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to deliver exceptional results.
