Stripe is hiring an Account Executive for their Enterprise Sales team to manage relationships with key accounts in Mexico City. You'll identify growth opportunities and work closely with C-level executives. This role requires strong skills in CRM and sales forecasting.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive revenue growth. Your ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment allows you to adapt quickly and effectively to changing circumstances. You possess a deep understanding of financial technology infrastructure and are excited about the potential it holds for businesses. Your meticulous approach to CRM hygiene ensures that you maintain accurate records and utilize sales forecasting metrics effectively. You are fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling you to communicate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders.

Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with Stripe's platform and services. You are eager to learn and grow within the industry, and you have a strong interest in technology that drives business success. What you'll do

As an Account Executive on the Enterprise Sales team, you will manage a named account list and elevate relationships with key clients in Mexico City and the broader LatAm region. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new growth opportunities and ways Stripe can exceed client expectations. You will employ effective prospecting strategies to generate leads that drive net-new revenue growth in your territory. Building and maintaining key relationships with C-level executives will be crucial, as you orchestrate the right executive touchpoints to foster collaboration and partnership. You will contribute to shaping our platform partnership strategy and building repeatable processes that enhance engagement with clients. Your role will involve developing outbound strategies to reach potential users and effectively communicate the value of Stripe's offerings.
