Overview

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Account Manager to focus on the expansion of existing accounts. You'll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and strengthening client relationships. This role requires a results-driven mindset and experience in account management.

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the IT or technology sector. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is key to your success. You are results-driven and thrive on identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. You understand the importance of strategic account management and are skilled at driving revenue growth through effective client engagement. You are enthusiastic about technology and how it can transform businesses, and you are prepared to go above and beyond for the betterment of your customers.

Desirable

Experience in Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or IT infrastructure management is a plus. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and their application in business contexts will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing client needs. A background in sales or business development will enhance your ability to identify upsell opportunities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively engage with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that Kaseya's solutions are effectively meeting their requirements. You will be responsible for developing account strategies that align with client goals and drive mutual success.
