You have a strong background in machine learning and signal processing, with experience developing models that decode complex data. You are comfortable working with Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras, and you understand the principles of neural data processing. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with team members to gather feedback and iterate on designs. You are passionate about using technology to improve lives and are excited about the potential of brain-computer interfaces.

Desirable

Experience with real-time data processing and familiarity with hardware integration would be a plus. A background in neuroscience or related fields is not required, but an interest in the intersection of technology and biology is encouraged. What you'll do

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Neuralink, you will be responsible for developing and refining models that decode neural data, enabling individuals with paralysis to communicate and control devices effectively. You will work closely with the BCI team to design algorithms that translate raw neural signals into actionable outputs, such as typing or controlling robotic arms.
