What you'll do

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Neuralink, you will be responsible for developing and refining models that decode neural data, enabling individuals with paralysis to communicate and control devices effectively. You will work closely with the BCI team to design algorithms that translate raw neural signals into actionable outputs, such as typing or controlling robotic arms. Your work will directly influence the next generation of neural interface devices, and you will have the opportunity to experiment with cutting-edge hardware and software solutions.

You will collaborate with engineers and researchers to formulate research questions and develop experiments that advance our understanding of neural data processing. Your role will involve analyzing data, optimizing models, and iterating on designs based on user feedback.
