Verifone is hiring a Presales Solutions Consultant to bridge Sales, Product, and Customer Success, helping clients achieve their goals through innovative payment solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the card payments ecosystem.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in the electronic payment technology industry, ideally with experience in presales or solutions consulting. You understand the card payments ecosystem, including both card-present and eCommerce environments, and can effectively communicate complex concepts to clients. Your ability to collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are results-oriented and have a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through tailored solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to customer satisfaction. You are also adaptable and open to learning about new technologies and payment solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer Success, ensuring that clients receive the best possible solutions for their payment needs. You will leverage your expertise to design and deliver tailored payment solutions that meet client requirements. You will work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and provide technical support during the sales process. Additionally, you will collaborate with product teams to ensure that solutions align with product capabilities and market trends. Your role will involve presenting solutions to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth implementation process. You will also gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improve service offerings.
