You are fluent in both English and Hebrew, which enhances your ability to collaborate with diverse teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, giving you a solid foundation for this role. What you'll do

As the Director of IS Business Applications at JFrog, you will lead and manage a team of Salesforce business analysts and project managers. Your responsibilities will include hiring, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews to support the technical and professional development of your team. You will be responsible for the design, deployment, and support of business applications that align with the company's go-to-market strategies. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure that business applications meet organizational goals and deliver high user satisfaction. You will coordinate efforts across departments to ensure smooth and efficient system operations, making strategic decisions that impact the overall success of the organization.
