You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively translate strategy into actionable plans. Your experience in governance and integration execution allows you to ensure that all aspects of the integration process are well-coordinated and executed. You are adept at navigating the challenges that come with scaling organizations through acquisitions and partnerships.

Desirable

Experience in advisory or consulting firms is a plus, as is familiarity with technology-enabled transformation initiatives. What you'll do

As the Director of Acquisition Integrations and Transformation, you will lead the pre-close integration planning and post-close execution for acquisitions. You will be the central owner of integration execution and governance, working closely with executive sponsors and functional leaders to ensure that integrations are executed smoothly and effectively. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies that enable the firm to scale successfully through acquisitions and partnerships.

You will oversee ongoing transformation initiatives that align with the firm's strategic goals. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change across various functions within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that all integration activities are aligned with the firm's core values and mission.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will partner with various teams to translate strategic objectives into coordinated actions.
