You are a driven and technical individual with a strong customer service background. You excel at problem-solving and have a keen ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Your communication skills allow you to actively listen to customer concerns and deliver clear and timely resolutions. You maintain a deep understanding of technical platforms and are eager to learn and grow in your role.
Experience in a technical support role or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with troubleshooting software or hardware issues will help you succeed in this position. A background in customer service will enhance your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
As a Technical Support Engineer at Appspace, you will be the first line of defense for our valued customers. You will provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough root cause analysis to identify and address underlying technical problems. You will document technical interactions, solutions, and escalations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
