Dropbox is seeking a Channel Programs and Incentives Manager to design and optimize channel programs that drive business impact. You'll work closely with sales and channel leadership, utilizing Salesforce and Tableau to enhance partner engagement. This role requires a strong background in business operations and program management.
You have a strong track record in Business Operations or Program Operations, with at least 5 years of experience in building and scaling channel programs that deliver measurable business impact. Your expertise lies in designing and operationalizing programs that enhance partner engagement and drive channel-sourced revenue. You possess a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and have a passion for optimizing processes to unlock growth. You are skilled in defining success metrics and establishing operational rigor, continuously improving programs based on performance and partner feedback. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product, Enablement, Analytics, and Systems to translate strategy into effective processes. Your ownership mindset and ability to lead change at scale enable you to turn complexity into clarity and results.
You have prior experience designing and implementing partner programs with related incentives in a high-tech or SaaS environment. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Tableau is preferred, as is an understanding of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems. You are comfortable working in multiple time zones and supporting leaders and their teams globally.
In this role, you will own and evolve key components of the end-to-end partner experience, focusing on accelerating channel-sourced revenue and increasing partner engagement. You will design, operationalize, and scale channel sales programs and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring they are built to scale globally. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, establishing operational rigor, and continuously improving programs based on performance and partner feedback. You will drive the operating cadence of the Channel business, aligning cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of programs. You will work closely with Global Sales and Channel Leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable plans that enhance the partner ecosystem. Your role will also involve analyzing program performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
