Your empathetic nature allows you to advocate for customers while solving problems and facilitating change. You are a product expert who can translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product team, ensuring alignment with customer goals. You thrive in cross-functional environments and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including engineering and product teams. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of deploying technology solutions in diverse industries and functions.

Desirable

Experience with project management tools or collaboration software is a plus. Familiarity with change management principles will enhance your ability to support customers in building their workflows. A background in technology consulting or enterprise software deployment will be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of Asana to enterprise customers, ensuring they get off to a strong start with the platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them implement Asana as a holistic approach to collaboration. Your role will involve onboarding new customers, guiding them through the initial setup, and providing ongoing support to maximize their use of Asana. You will serve as a liaison between customers and the product team, sharing valuable insights and feedback that can influence the product roadmap. You will also collaborate with the broader customer success organization to apply change management principles in your interactions, helping customers navigate their journey with Asana. Your goal is to ensure that customers derive maximum value from the tool over time, fostering long-term relationships and satisfaction.
