Overview

Zensurance is hiring a Marketing Manager focused on Website Experience & Conversion to optimize their digital platform for customer acquisition. You'll leverage skills in WordPress, CRO, and digital analytics to enhance user engagement. This role is open to both Intermediate and Senior candidates.

Who you are

You have a strong background in website management and digital marketing, with hands-on experience in WordPress development and conversion rate optimization. You understand the importance of a seamless user experience and are skilled in using digital analytics to drive decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to take ownership of projects that impact customer acquisition. You have a growth mindset and are open to learning new skills to enhance your contributions.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with SEO best practices would be beneficial. A background in the insurance or financial technology sector is a plus, as is a passion for improving user experiences through data-driven strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will fully own the development, performance, and optimization of Zensurance.com, which serves as a critical revenue channel for the company. You will implement strategies to convert high-traffic volume into engaged prospects, focusing on technical excellence and user experience. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop a rigorous, data-driven experimentation roadmap that enhances website performance. You will analyze user behavior and website metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive engagement and conversion.

You will also be responsible for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in website management and digital marketing. Your insights will help shape the overall marketing strategy and ensure that Zensurance remains competitive in the InsurTech space. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
