Who you are

You have experience in a medical support role, ideally within a workplace setting, where you have independently assessed and administered first aid. You understand the importance of health and wellness principles and are committed to advocating for the wellbeing of your colleagues. You are familiar with OSHA regulations and have a proactive approach to managing health and safety in the workplace. You enjoy collaborating with a team and participating in safety committee meetings to enhance workplace safety culture.

Desirable

Experience in case management and familiarity with injury prevention strategies would be beneficial. You are passionate about continuous learning and staying updated on best practices in workplace health and safety.

What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of associates. You will greet new hires and provide them with essential information about workplace safety. Your responsibilities will include attending weekly safety committee meetings and participating in case management reviews. You will assess and administer first aid as needed, referring associates to outside medical providers when necessary. You will also support the WHS Site Manager and Specialist in implementing safety initiatives and promoting a culture of health and wellness across the site.
