Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Care Analytics team. You'll analyze care and clinical data to improve patient experience and outcomes, utilizing skills in SQL, Tableau, and Python. This role is fully remote within the United States.
You have 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, with a strong background in analyzing healthcare or clinical data. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Your analytical skills allow you to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Clinical, Product, and Engineering, to enhance patient care outcomes. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to present findings clearly to stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying trends and anomalies in data.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic analytics partner to the Care Experience team, focusing on analyzing care and clinical data. You will develop reporting and insights that inform operational decisions and long-term strategies. Your responsibilities will include owning core care metrics, investigating trends across the patient journey, and translating analyses into decision-ready insights. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that data-driven recommendations are implemented effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators related to patient care.
