Affirm is seeking a Senior Vendor Manager to lead performance and transformation across their global BPO vendor network. This role requires expertise in vendor management and strong analytical capabilities to drive vendor excellence and customer satisfaction.
You have extensive experience in vendor and BPO management, ideally with a strong analytical background that allows you to interpret and act on data effectively. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and have a proven track record of driving vendor performance across multiple functional areas. Your leadership skills enable you to manage cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with various teams. You are adept at defining operational strategies and have experience in vendor governance, including conducting executive-level meetings and performance reviews. You thrive in a senior leadership role and are comfortable making strategic decisions that impact the organization.
As a Vendor Manager at Affirm, you will be responsible for leading the performance and transformation of our global BPO vendor network. You will own vendor performance metrics across functional PODs, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality assurance outcomes. Your role will involve defining operational strategies for vendor allocations and performance recovery, as well as partnering with the Business Analyst team to develop necessary metrics and dashboards. You will use data to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize interventions, running ad-hoc analyses to support rapid decision-making. Additionally, you will lead initiatives that require coordination across various teams, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vendor strategy.
