We’re building scalable, secure, and user-friendly platforms that bridge traditional web experiences with blockchain-powered applications. We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with solid experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. You’ll be part of a lean, fast-moving engineering team responsible for delivering features end-to-end — from ideation and architecture to deployment and optimization.
A strong understanding of Web3 technologies is required, and prior exposure to crypto, DeFi, or blockchain-based applications will make you stand out. You’ll collaborate closely with product and design to build seamless experiences for our users.
Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Contribute to architecture decisions for front-end and back-end systems.
Integrate with Web3 technologies (smart contracts, wallets, blockchain APIs, etc.).
Ensure performance, security, and reliability across distributed systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and leadership.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentorship of junior engineers.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
3+ years working in Web3 or blockchain-related projects.
Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Experience building and deploying cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or similar).
Understanding of smart contract integrations and blockchain fundamentals.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Must be based in LATAM.
Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or NestJS.
Familiarity with crypto exchanges, NFTs, or decentralized finance platforms.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Contribution to open-source Web3 projects.
