What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring Zenoti's software solutions to align with customer business processes. You will engage with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and set up proof of concepts that demonstrate the value of our platform. You will also provide ongoing support during the implementation phase, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring that our solutions meet and exceed client expectations.
