Overview

Everlaw is seeking a Senior Partner Development Director to lead the strategic expansion of their partner business in the legal tech services industry. You'll drive the development of channel partnerships and negotiate new business models. This role requires extensive experience in partner-led business development.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in partner development, with at least 5 years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships within the legal tech or related industries. Your expertise in business building and partner-led business development has equipped you with the skills to negotiate and structure successful partnership deals. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including managed service providers and legal solutions partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at leading cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are results-oriented and have a systematic approach to developing and executing partnership strategies.

Desirable

Experience in the legal tech services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with alternative legal service providers and global advisories. You have a knack for innovative thinking and can create new joint partner businesses that align with Everlaw's vision for international expansion. Your ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot strategies accordingly will be invaluable in this role.

What you'll do

As the Partner Development Director at Everlaw, you will spearhead the strategic expansion of the company’s partner business. You will lead the development of a comprehensive strategy for channel partnerships, focusing on managed service providers, global advisories, and alternative legal service providers. Your role will involve identifying potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and creating new business models that drive growth. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the legal services industry, ensuring that Everlaw's partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's long-term goals. You will also play a critical role in shaping the structure of partnerships and guiding the strategic direction of Everlaw’s channel business. Your systematic and deal-focused approach will help you close strategic partnership deals that contribute to the company's success. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that partnership initiatives are effectively integrated into Everlaw's overall business strategy.
