You have a proven track record in managing customer marketing campaigns, demonstrating your ability to plan and execute initiatives that drive engagement and retention. Your experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus, as it allows you to understand the unique needs of our clients. You are self-directed and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can take ownership of projects from inception to completion. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that marketing strategies align with business objectives.

You possess a keen analytical mindset, allowing you to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. You are comfortable using various marketing tools and platforms to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns. Your creativity shines through in your ability to develop compelling marketing content that resonates with our target audience. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve your skills and contribute to the team's success.

Desirable

Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable, as it will enhance your ability to execute campaigns effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools will give you an edge in managing customer relationships and streamlining marketing processes. A background in event planning or management will also be beneficial, as you will be responsible for organizing strategic events that engage our customers and promote our brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing customer marketing campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
