Overview

Delinea is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a team of Commercial Account Executives and manage the full sales cycle for IT security solutions. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience in the technology sector.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the technology sector, particularly in IT security. You understand the complexities of the sales cycle and have successfully led teams to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your ability to build relationships with clients and understand their security needs is paramount. You are a strategic thinker who can align sales strategies with business objectives, ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver results. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at mentoring and developing your team members to reach their full potential.

Desirable

Experience in identity security or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-native solutions. You are comfortable leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve sales processes. A background in working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, will help you succeed in this role.

As the Regional Sales Director, you will lead a team of Commercial Account Executives, guiding them through the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
