Senior Product Manager, API

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, execution and operational excellence within our Embedded Agreements group for our Public API. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is adept at learning new contexts and problem solving. Our Public API is an exciting product area which focuses on how PandaDoc is used by developers to surface across off-estate channels, embed into our customer workflows, opens up new partnership opportunities, and more recently explore how our API and MCP empowers an AI and agentic lead approach. 

You can expect to be defining and shaping product strategy in close partnership with engineering, design, and go-to-market leaders. You’ll be responsible for the full product lifecycle — from defining the vision to driving execution and adoption.

In this role, you will:

• Define and drive strategy, roadmap, and execution for a key product area.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, design, and GTM teams, to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Identify and validate customer pain points and market gaps through discovery, competitive research, and data analysis.
• Deliver new capabilities to market that solve meaningful customer problems and drive adoption.
• Test hypotheses, validate product-market fit, and determine where and how to expand our footprint.
• Define and measure success through KPIs, metrics, and continuous learning loops.
• Influence hiring decisions and help scale the product team as we grow.

 

About you:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of building and shipping successful B2B SaaS products.
• Experience working on platforms, SaaS or technical products is highly desirable.
• Strategic thinker with strong product instincts; able to switch easily between high-level vision and detailed execution.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Comfort with ambiguity and excitement for building new product areas from 0→1 and scaling them to maturity.
• Technical fluency and ability to engage in discussions with engineering partners on architecture, tradeoffs, and scalability is a plus.
