AuditBoard is seeking a Technical Writer to enhance documentation within their Customer Advisory Services team. You'll create user-friendly content for their products, requiring a passion for technology and strong writing skills.
You have a proven track record of creating clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation — your passion for technology drives you to produce high-quality content that helps users succeed. You understand the importance of user-friendly documentation and have experience working with various technical subjects. You are detail-oriented and can organize complex information in a way that is easy to understand. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights. You are adaptable and can quickly learn new technologies and tools to enhance your writing. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the documentation process.
In this temporary role, you will support large initiatives within the AuditBoard Help Center — your primary responsibility will be to create, organize, and maintain documentation for the latest products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy in the documentation. You will also be responsible for updating existing content to reflect product changes and improvements. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring users can easily find the information they need to succeed with AuditBoard's products. You will participate in team meetings to discuss documentation strategies and gather feedback on your work. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new documentation standards and best practices.
