Dropbox is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to define and lead the multi-product vision and strategy for their ecosystem. You'll collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement across Dropbox products. This role requires significant experience in product management and team leadership.
You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on multi-product ecosystems. Your background includes defining product vision and strategy, ensuring seamless user experiences across various platforms. You possess strong customer empathy and a deep understanding of user behavior, workflows, and product design principles. You have a proven track record of operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments and driving clarity amid ambiguity. Your leadership experience includes building and scaling product teams, although this role begins as an individual contributor. You are comfortable collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align product direction with company strategy and customer needs.
In this role, you will define and evangelize the multi-product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dropbox Core, ensuring users can intuitively discover, adopt, and benefit from all Dropbox products within a unified platform experience. You will architect the system, navigation, and cross-product interfaces that power seamless interaction across the Dropbox ecosystem, enabling scalable expansion and new product integration. You will collaborate deeply with senior leadership, including the CEO, CTO, CMO, and GM Core, to align product direction with company strategy, customer needs, and long-term business goals. Your responsibilities will also include establishing the foundation for a new multi-product product team that you will eventually build and lead.
Dropbox offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $263,500—$356,500 CAD. You will have the opportunity to work remotely from select locations in Canada, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
