What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Bing Growth team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development of innovative search experiences powered by AI. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ideate and prototype new features that enhance user engagement. Your role will involve coding, testing, and managing the capacity of the solutions you build, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards. You will run and analyze A/B experiments to measure the impact of your features, using data-driven insights to inform your decisions and iterate on your work. You will also contribute to the technical direction of the team, helping to shape the architecture and design of the systems you work on.
