Overview

KnowBe4 is hiring a Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities. You'll work closely with Account Executives to demonstrate product features and provide technical support. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and excellent communication skills.

What you'll do

As a Sales Engineer at KnowBe4, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by demonstrating product capabilities and addressing technical questions from prospects. You will lead proof-of-value engagements, helping potential customers understand why our solution is the right fit for their needs. Your expertise will be essential in turning technical features into compelling business value during every sales conversation. You will partner closely with Account Executives, providing the technical support necessary to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
