You have experience in marketing operations, particularly in managing marketing assets and campaigns. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all deliverables are on time and meet specifications. You possess a strong technical understanding of digital asset management, which enables you to guide external partners effectively through compliance requirements. Collaboration is key for you, as you will work closely with various internal teams, including marketing, content operations, and post-production. You are detail-oriented and thrive in environments where you can orchestrate complex processes to achieve successful campaign launches.
Experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the nuances of campaign management in this sector. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to maintain comprehensive deliverable lists and timelines.
In this role, you will be the central orchestrator of Prime Video marketing assets, overseeing the complete lifecycle from inception to delivery. You will manage the delivery of all Value-Added Material (VAM) content to the platform, ensuring it meets all specifications and launch timelines. Your responsibilities will include onboarding external partners to the delivery portal, guiding them through compliance with platform requirements such as file naming conventions and asset specifications. You will create and maintain detailed deliverable lists with timelines to ensure that all materials are delivered on time and in full. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential as you coordinate efforts across marketing, content operations, localization, and post-production to ensure a seamless campaign launch.
