You have a strong background in customer marketing, with experience in building and managing customer reference programs that amplify customer voices and drive advocacy. You understand the importance of customer stories in influencing growth and retention, and you are skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. Your strategic mindset allows you to design processes that enable customer advocates to shine, directly impacting the company's market leadership. You are adept at analyzing customer feedback and leveraging insights to enhance marketing strategies. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing projects independently while also engaging with team members across various locations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive customer reference program that showcases the success stories of Samsara's customers. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify key customer advocates and develop compelling narratives that highlight their experiences with Samsara's products. You will manage the processes and infrastructure that support the customer reference program, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall marketing strategy. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of customer advocacy initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to gather insights and feedback, which will be used to refine marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.
