You have a strong background in customer marketing, with experience in building and managing customer reference programs that amplify customer voices and drive advocacy. You understand the importance of customer stories in influencing growth and retention, and you are skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. Your strategic mindset allows you to design processes that enable customer advocates to shine, directly impacting the company's market leadership. You are adept at analyzing customer feedback and leveraging insights to enhance marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive customer reference program that showcases the success stories of Samsara's customers.
