Job Description

Who you are

You have experience in Salesforce administration, managing user setups, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. You understand the importance of maintaining high process integrity and stability within Salesforce environments, particularly in relation to CPQ and OLM functionalities. You are detail-oriented and can oversee case management, ensuring that SLAs and response times are consistently met. Your technical skills allow you to maintain page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes effectively. You are comfortable serving as an escalation point for complex issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to operational excellence.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce CPQ and OLM is a plus, as is familiarity with multiple Salesforce instances. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are adept at collaborating with diverse teams across different regions. Your communication skills enable you to work effectively with stakeholders in both North America and Latin America, ensuring that their needs are met and that you contribute to a culture of connection and inclusion.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the operational aspects of Salesforce for Twilio's Sales organizations in North America and Latin America. You will be responsible for user setup, ensuring that roles and permissions are correctly assigned to facilitate smooth operations. You will oversee case management processes, ensuring that all SLAs are adhered to and that response times are optimized. Your role will involve maintaining and updating Salesforce page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to support business needs effectively. You will act as the escalation point for any technical issues that arise, providing solutions and guidance to your team and stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with sales teams to understand their requirements and ensure that Salesforce is configured to meet their needs. This may involve gathering feedback, implementing changes, and training users on new features or processes. You will also monitor system performance and stability, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance the user experience.

What we offer

Twilio offers a remote-first work environment that emphasizes flexibility and inclusion. You will be part of a vibrant team that values diverse experiences and perspectives, contributing to a global impact through innovative communication solutions. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we believe in the potential of every candidate to grow and succeed within our organization. Join us at Twilio and help shape the future of communications while advancing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
