SonderMind is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to build a thriving psychiatric practice with strategic support. You'll focus on practice growth and collaborate with a dedicated team. This role requires a valid PMHNP license and a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
You are a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a valid license in Texas and at least two years of clinical and prescribing experience. In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will collaborate with a team led by Medical Director Dr. Harris Strokoff, focusing on evidence-based care and personalized treatment approaches. You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while the team handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. Your commitment to practice growth will involve dedicating at least two days a week to this endeavor, ensuring that you are fully engaged in the development of your practice.
