What you'll do

As an Automotive Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes cleaning and masking areas that should not be painted. You will match and mix paint colors to ensure a perfect match for each vehicle, utilizing your knowledge of color theory and paint application techniques. You will operate paint booths and use various tools and equipment to apply paint evenly and efficiently. Your role will also involve inspecting finished vehicles for quality assurance, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards before it reaches the customer. You will collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
