You have a strong background in managing complex projects, particularly in the AI or technology sectors — your experience includes leading teams and coordinating efforts to meet aggressive timelines while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Experience in the AI industry or with data-driven projects is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in AI model training and evaluation. You may have a background in operations management or project management methodologies, which will help you design effective staffing models and incentives for your team.
As the Strategic Projects Lead at Handshake, you will own the execution of large-scale human data programs that are crucial for AI model training and evaluation. This role requires you to lead and coordinate a diverse group of expert Fellows, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for designing staffing models that align with project needs and adapting them as necessary to meet changing demands.
Your role will involve making strategic decisions that impact revenue, margins, and customer relationships — you will analyze data and project outcomes to inform your decisions and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with leading AI labs and technology companies, fostering partnerships that enhance Handshake's capabilities and market position.
In addition to project execution, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Handshake's AI initiatives — your insights and leadership will help guide the company's efforts to build a robust career network for the AI economy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the projects align with Handshake's mission and objectives.
