Hightouch is seeking a Regional VP of Enterprise Sales to lead and grow their Enterprise sales team. You'll be responsible for coaching and developing Account Executives to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on team development.

We're looking for a Regional Sales Leader to help grow our Enterprise sales team. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise East, you'll be responsible for working with your team of Account Executives, providing feedback, coaching and training to ensure quota attainment and overall account development. We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, and thoughtful sales leader who is laser-focused on recruiting and developing a team that is responsible for capturing net-new business within your assigned territory. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for overseeing our Account Executives and helping them empower our customers to achieve business outcomes.
Compensation Details
On-Target Earnings Range: $400,000-$430,000 annually
Base Salary Range: $200,000-$215,000 annually
We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
