You are an experienced business development professional with a strong background in CCaaS, having successfully created and executed go-to-market strategies that drive business growth. Your expertise in building relationships with technology and consulting partners has enabled you to deliver innovative solutions that meet complex customer challenges. You understand the importance of AI in enhancing customer experiences and have a proven track record of leveraging technology to maximize customer lifetime value.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can align partner strategies with broader business objectives. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and measure the success of your initiatives.
Your experience includes working with Global System Integrators, where you have developed and nurtured key partnerships that contribute to mutual growth. You are adept at identifying market opportunities and have a strategic mindset that allows you to navigate the competitive landscape effectively.
Experience in the AWS ecosystem is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies and their application in customer service. A background in technology sales or marketing will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Amazon Connect, collaborating closely with partner teams to develop and execute plans that drive adoption and growth. You will also engage with sales teams to provide them with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell Amazon Connect solutions.
