You are a driven professional with a strong background in partner management and sales strategy. You have experience engaging with Regional System Integrators and developing strategic partnerships that lead to business growth. Your ability to nurture relationships and identify growth opportunities is key to your success. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are proactive in prospecting and pipeline generation, ensuring that you consistently exceed targets. Your energy and initiative make you a valuable asset to any team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving incremental value for the field sales team by engaging with Regional System Integrators. You will develop and execute a strategic partner strategy for the ASEAN region, focusing on recruiting and empowering partners to create mutually beneficial relationships. You will proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and grow a sales pipeline through these partners, collaborating closely with the Sales team to close business and exceed booking objectives. You will lead engagement initiatives to enhance partners' sales, pre-sales, and delivery capabilities, helping them achieve new certifications and expand their impact. Additionally, you will facilitate strong collaboration between MongoDB sales teams and cloud partners to deliver on sales strategies. Your role will also involve partnering with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Solution Architects, to drive pipeline generation and deal progression.
