Flex is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance to oversee issue management and monitoring. You'll work closely with various teams to enhance compliance capabilities. This role requires significant experience in compliance management.
You are an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in issue management and monitoring. You have a proven track record of developing and executing compliance monitoring capabilities, and you understand the importance of regulatory adherence in a fast-paced FinTech environment. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with product, operations, compliance, and legal teams. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for driving automation in compliance processes, ensuring timely remediation of issues. You thrive in collaborative settings and are motivated by the mission to empower renters with flexibility over their expenses.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and reporting on the output of compliance monitoring efforts. You will mature the issue management oversight and stakeholder engagement processes, ensuring that all compliance-related issues are addressed promptly. You will lead the automation of current manual monitoring efforts, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in compliance reporting. Your role will involve regular communication with various teams to ensure that compliance standards are met and maintained. You will also have the opportunity to expand monitoring beyond regulatory attributes, contributing to the overall compliance strategy of the organization.
