You have a proven track record in sales development and operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical mindset allows you to measure and optimize performance metrics effectively, ensuring that AI-driven initiatives contribute to pipeline growth. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Desirable

Experience with AI applications in sales development is a plus, as is familiarity with global sales operations. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of AI-first sales development programs, focusing on global inbound qualification and outbound engagement.
