Welocalize is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee supplier performance and ensure high-quality service delivery in the Life Sciences sector. You'll engage with customers to meet quality expectations and monitor performance metrics. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.
You have a strong background in quality management, particularly within the Life Sciences sector, and possess excellent organizational skills that enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are adept at engaging with clients to understand their quality expectations and capacity requirements, ensuring that these are met through effective supplier alignment. Your experience includes monitoring performance metrics and taking necessary actions to maintain high standards of service delivery. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at liaising with various teams to achieve common goals. You understand the importance of defect-free deliverables and are committed to driving continuous improvement in quality processes. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to enhance overall performance.
As a Quality Manager at Welocalize, you will be responsible for managing supplier performance on accounts owned by your squad. This includes ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to client and project-specific requirements. You will engage with customers to understand their quality expectations and work closely with Language Services to ensure these requirements can be met. Your role will involve monitoring customer Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and taking necessary actions to ensure that quality and on-time delivery targets are consistently achieved. You will also be responsible for conducting regular quality assessments and implementing corrective actions as needed. Your ability to analyze performance data will be crucial in identifying trends and areas for improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of quality within the organization.
