Stripe is hiring a Technical Account Manager to strategically support their largest and most complex users. You'll work cross-functionally to foster long-term relationships and optimize technical operations. This role requires experience in project management and familiarity with the payments or fintech industry.
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a technical or customer-facing role. Your operations-savvy mindset allows you to identify and eliminate process friction while building scalable processes that enhance user experience. Familiarity with the China market and merchant operations is preferred, as is experience in payments or fintech. You possess strong organizational skills and a self-starting mindset, enabling you to manage multiple accounts effectively and deliver a gold standard experience to key stakeholders.
Experience in small to medium scale project management is a plus, as it equips you with the skills to handle complex user needs and operational challenges. Your ability to foster long-term relationships with users will help grow loyalty to Stripe and its products, making you a vital part of the team.
In this role, you will strategically support Stripe’s largest and most complex users by providing tailored consultations and operational solutions. You will work closely with the wider Operations team to ensure that your assigned accounts receive the resources and knowledge necessary for success. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunity areas to help businesses deliver more value to their customers and optimize their technical operations. You will also collaborate cross-functionally within your users’ organizations to implement solutions on various subjects, including fraud and disputes.
Your role will involve building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that they feel supported and valued. You will proactively engage with users to understand their needs and challenges, providing insights and recommendations that align with their goals. By doing so, you will play a crucial role in accelerating their global growth with Stripe.
