Who you are

You have over 5 years of backend engineering experience, particularly in building scalable production systems. You have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and have successfully led teams through complex projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Your expertise lies in Java and Spring Boot, where you've developed high-performance APIs that meet the demands of financial applications. You are familiar with Java 11 and have a solid grasp of best practices in software architecture and design.

You have experience with automated testing, which is a valuable asset in ensuring the reliability of your code. Your knowledge of PostgreSQL allows you to design efficient database schemas and optimize queries for performance.

You are comfortable working in cloud environments, particularly with AWS, and understand how to leverage cloud services to enhance application performance and scalability. You thrive in agile environments and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

You possess strong soft skills, including resilience in challenging situations and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. You understand the importance of building constructive relationships and providing valuable feedback to foster team growth.
