What you'll do

As a Senior Android Engineer at Duolingo, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing features that form the core of our learning experience. You will collaborate closely with the Short Form Experience Team to create engaging short-form lessons that help learners practice language skills effectively. Your role will involve designing and implementing new exercises that support skill recall and production in a fun and interactive way. You will also work with the Subscription Crossgrades Team to build features that facilitate user discovery and enhance the overall learning journey. You will participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
