Rubrik is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their SaaS Data Protection team focused on Microsoft 365. You'll lead product strategy and execution while collaborating with engineering and design teams. This role requires strong experience in product management and data protection solutions.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in SaaS and data protection solutions. You understand the complexities of managing products that secure data across platforms like Microsoft 365, and you have a proven track record of driving product strategy and execution. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, is essential for success in this role. You are customer-focused and can translate real-world challenges into actionable product outcomes. You thrive in high-impact environments and are comfortable working with leadership to align product vision with business goals.
Experience with Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams is a plus. Familiarity with backup, recovery, and cyber resilience workflows will help you excel in this position. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet customer needs effectively.
