Stripe is hiring an Account Executive for their AI Sales team to develop and execute long-term sales strategies in the AI industry. You'll work closely with existing customers and lead complex negotiations. This role requires strong presentation skills and a deep understanding of technology.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies. Your strong presentation skills enable you to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders during in-person meetings, and you possess superior verbal and written communication skills that help you articulate complex ideas clearly. You thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, demonstrating an ability to adapt and lead in challenging situations. Your interest in technology, especially in the AI space, drives your passion for understanding the nuances of the industry and the needs of your clients.

Desirable

Experience working with AI-native or AI-enabled businesses is a plus, as is familiarity with Stripe's financial infrastructure. A background in leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements will set you apart. You are comfortable navigating the intricacies of the sales cycle, from business case development to deal structuring and closing.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with existing Stripe customers in the AI industry to develop and execute long-term sales strategies aimed at expanding Stripe’s revenue. You will own the full sales cycle, which includes business case development, deal structuring, negotiating, and closing deals. Collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Marketing, you will help shape Stripe’s go-to-market strategy for AI solutions. Your ability to lead complex negotiations will be crucial as you engage with some of the world’s most ambitious AI companies. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that Stripe remains the preferred monetization platform for AI businesses.
