What you'll do

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, ensuring Augury consistently attracts exceptional technical and product talent ahead of demand. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and People leaders to develop hiring strategies that align with business goals. You will be responsible for shaping not only who we hire but how we hire, implementing processes, tools, and training that support long-term growth. You will continuously improve recruiting processes and ensure that candidates have a positive experience throughout their journey with Augury. You will also analyze data to drive decision-making and optimize recruiting strategies.
