You are a results-driven Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for building world-class Product and Engineering teams. You thrive in a high-growth, high-ambiguity environment and are motivated by data, process improvement, and relationship-driven recruiting. You have experience in full-cycle recruiting and a strong focus on proactive sourcing and pipeline development. You understand the importance of delivering an outstanding candidate experience and are skilled at translating evolving business needs into clear hiring strategies. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, ensuring Augury consistently attracts exceptional technical and product talent ahead of demand.
