Your ability to work closely with pre-sales and professional services teams ensures that you can maximize deal sizes and enhance customer experiences.
Experience in the software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales enablement training. You are open to feedback and continuously seek ways to improve your sales techniques and strategies. You are adaptable and can thrive in a hybrid working model, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.
In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline within your assigned territory. You will strategically prospect into key decision-makers, including CTOs and IT leaders, to build strong and effective relationships that expand the current customer footprint and land new customers. You will partner with Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
You will participate in sales enablement trainings to enhance your skills and knowledge, allowing you to contribute effectively to the sales culture at MongoDB. Your insights and feedback will be valued as the company continues to innovate its sales go-to-market strategy.
