You have a strong background in customer success, particularly within the federal sector, and understand the unique needs of Federal Agencies and the Department of Defense. Your experience allows you to effectively communicate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. You are technology-savvy, with a keen ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools, which enables you to demonstrate the value of Axon's products effectively. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-person engagements to foster strong relationships with clients.
