Carta is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support their Revenue organization. You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive performance and enhance employee experience. This role requires strong strategic and adaptability skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in human resources, particularly in a business partner role, where you've successfully collaborated with senior leadership to drive organizational change and enhance employee engagement. Your strategic mindset allows you to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring that the workforce is equipped to meet the company's objectives. You possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels, fostering a positive workplace culture. You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments, ready to tackle challenges as they arise while maintaining a focus on employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Experience in the tech industry or with software companies is a plus, as it gives you insight into the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. Familiarity with performance management systems and employee development programs will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team. A background in data analysis related to HR metrics can also be beneficial, as it allows you to make informed decisions based on workforce trends and needs.
