You communicate effectively with customers when issues arise and make sure Dasher pickups go smoothly.

What you'll do

As a Shift Lead, you will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring the team works safely and productively. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment and maintaining inventory. In some locations, this role may involve preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will support Site Management in running great shifts and delegating tasks effectively. You will also be involved in training new team members and ensuring that safety and cleanliness standards are upheld throughout the shift. Your leadership will help create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and accountability.
