What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Growth team, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and related frameworks. You will architect and implement microservices that handle high-volume traffic, ensuring they are robust and efficient. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers, you will define and prioritize features that enhance the user experience and drive business growth.

You will optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring that our platform can serve millions of users effectively. Writing clean, well-documented code is essential, as is participating in code reviews to maintain high standards across the team. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, contributing to a blame-free environment that encourages learning from mistakes.
